Kate Timmons is an associate in King & Spalding’s Charlotte office and a member of the Real Estate practice. Kate regularly advises clients on the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of commercial real estate assets, including office, multifamily, hospitality, industrial and retail projects.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Kate served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Helen E. Burris, United States Bankruptcy Court in the District of South Carolina. Kate received her law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law where she served as a member of the North Carolina Law Review.
