Justin is an Associate in King & Spalding's Atlanta office and is part of the firm's Business Litigation Practice Group. His practice primarily focuses on representing businesses in high-stakes commercial litigation, including class actions, breach of contract cases, and other complex business disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Justin served as a law clerk to Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the Senior Judges of the D.C. Court of Appeals, and Judge Gerald Bard Tjoflat of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Justin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, he served as Executive Symposium Editor for the Georgia Law Review, was a research assistant to two professors, and was a member of the Lumpkin Inn of Court. During his second year, he and his teammate won the Georgia Law Moot Court Intramural Competition. The same year, he and his teammates won the Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Competition and the best brief award. In his third year, he and his teammates were finalists and won third best brief in the Hunton Andrews Kurth Moot Court National Championship. Upon graduation Justin was inducted into the Order of Barristers and Order of the Coif.

Before law school, Justin earned his B.S. in Business Administration summa cum laude and his M.S. in Administration from California State University Bakersfield. He also worked as a contract negotiator for several federal agencies where he managed multimillion dollar acquisitions.
