Associate
Jessica Xu is an associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations practice. Jessica's practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, congressional investigations, internal corporate reviews, and regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings. Jessica's experiences include representing companies and individuals in matters before Congress, the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other federal and state authorities.
Jessica received her law degree from UCLA School of Law with specializations in Public Interest Law and Policy and Critical Race Studies. Jessica served as the Chief Comments Editor of the UCLA Law Review and the Co-Executive Director of the El Centro Legal Clinics. During law school, Jessica completed an externship at the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
