Jerome Hughes is an associate in King & Spalding's Chicago office and a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Jerome represents strategic companies and financial sponsors in a variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.  Jerome began his career as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Jerome earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
