Jennifer Guest is a senior associate in King & Spalding's Special Matters and Investigations practice in Washington, D.C.
Jennifer's practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, litigation, and government investigations. She has advised clients on various topics, including the False Claims Act, insider trading, and fraud investigations. She has worked on matters involving public company investigations in front of the Department of Justice, multiple United States Attorney's offices, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the European Commission.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Jennifer was a law clerk for the Honorable Peter J. Messitte of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Jennifer graduated cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review.
