Jarrod Hall is an associate in King & Spalding's Atlanta office and a member of the firm's Corporate practice group. He represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, in a wide range of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate transactions, and general corporate matters. Jarrod began his career as an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
