People

Jim Keenan is an associate in the Private Funds and Asset Management team in King & Spalding's New York office, and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Jim's practice focuses on fund formation and offerings, secondary transactions, and general corporate matters for private companies and private equity funds.

Jim received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, was named to the Dean's List, and received the Lightfoot, Franklin & White Best Brief Award. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he majored in Psychology and Government & Politics.
