Jackie Suh is an associate in King & Spalding’s Global Human Capital and Compliance practice. She represents employers across a number of industries in employment related issues in the United States, including employment, employee benefits, labor relations, and ADA compliance. Jackie has experience litigating cases in both state and federal court, including class action matters involving California’s consumer protection statutes, wage and hour regulations, unfair competition laws, and the Private Attorneys General Act.
Jackie works closely with clients to assist with day-to-day legal matters and large-scale multijurisdictional projects involving employee classification, wage and hour concerns, investigations, and other strategic and compliance-related matters. She also regularly handles pre-litigation resolution of employee disputes.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Jackie was a labor and employment associate at a large national law firm and defended employers in individual and multi-plaintiff lawsuits concerning workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
