Hunter Davis is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm's Real Estate practice.  Hunter's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including development, construction, joint venture negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions, financing and refinancing, as well as the structuring and formation of real estate investment funds.

Hunter graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as a member of the Georgia Law Review's Editorial Board, a student attorney in the Business Law Clinic, a member of the Dean's Ambassadors. 

Hunter is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Georgia.  Prior to law school, Hunter practiced public accounting for Deloitte & Touche, LLP in their audit practice.
