Hannah Grayem is an associate in King & Spalding's Corporate Practice Group. In her practice, Hannah represents clients in a variety of matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and energy infrastructure development transactions.
Before joining King & Spalding, Hannah graduated cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, Hannah served as an Articles Editor for Board 61 of the Houston Law Review and was inducted into Order of the Barons and the National Order of Scribes.
