Hani is an Associate in our Corporate, Finance and Investments team specialized in advising energy and infrastructure clients on project development and project finance transactions. His experience includes advising on major projects, including infrastructure, water, power and energy, transport and other resources projects.

Hani has acted for sponsors and funders on significant energy and infrastructure transactions in the UK and the Middle East. He also has experience advising on privatization projects in the Middle East and has advised on key strategic mega projects and regulatory reforms in Saudi Arabia, advising government authorities, leading corporate clients, financial institutions and funds. Hani is a native of the GCC with years of experience in London and Riyadh.
