Haifa Bahaian is a partner at King & Spalding based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Her practice focuses primarily on investment funds advisory and corporate matters. Haifa has a strong background in venture capital and private equity in both in-house corporate and private practice. She also has market-leading experience advising Saudi sovereign investors on their regional and international investments.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Haifa was the Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretary at a Saudi Arabian sovereign entity where she led investments in more than 35 funds, regional and international, including venture capital, growth, and private equity investments. She also has broad experience leading direct investments into start-ups through equity and debt. Haifa has substantial experience at international law firms as well as in-house.

Haifa is fluent in both Arabic and English.
