Amy Cho is an associate in King & Spalding's London office and a member of the firm’s Finance and Restructuring practice group. Amy represents financial institutions, private credit funds, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors, and private and public companies in a broad range of finance and restructuring matters, including acquisition finance, general corporate lending, asset-based lending, special situations, fund financing and real estate finance, which often include complex cross-border components.
Amy has handled a wide range of financial transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, mezzanine financings, subordinated debt transactions, first lien/second lien arrangements, and acquisition financings. Amy has also represented debtors and creditors throughout various stages of Chapter 11 reorganization and Chapter 15 cross-border cases.
