Gina Merrill's practice focuses on defending management in high-stakes litigation, conducting workplace investigations, and counseling employers on the range of issues affecting the workforce. She advises employers across industries on complex issues relating to harassment, discrimination, compensation and worker classification.
Gina's litigation experience includes defending employers in class and collective action proceedings and other sophisticated employment litigation, including proceedings arising out of alleged violations of Title VII, the Equal Pay Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as state and local statutes that concern the myriad issues attendant to employment.
Prior to focusing her practice on employment law, Gina defended corporate and individual clients in a wide range of criminal and regulatory investigations and proceedings, and related civil litigation. She also has significant experience in complex business litigation.
