Gabriela E. Palmieri is a counsel in our Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. Gabriela regularly represents private equity funds, family offices, institutional and strategic investors, and private corporate clients in U.S. and cross-border private equity investments, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate governance, M&A, and other complex corporate transactions.  She has extensive experience advising a broad range of investors in connection with large and complex cross-border transactions involving the United States, Europe and/or Latin America; as well as advising family offices at all stages of the private capital lifecycle and on all aspects of their business activities.
