Frances Fink represents clients in high-stakes complex commercial litigation, including securities and shareholder litigation, government investigations and enforcement actions, and intellectual property litigation.
Frances is an associate in the Trial and Global Disputes Practice Group in the Austin office. Her practice focuses on complex business litigation. She represents public companies, officers, and directors in shareholder class actions and derivative lawsuits. She counsels companies and corporate insiders in investigations and enforcement actions by government regulators, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Her practice also includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property disputes. She has advised clients involved in trade secret, copyright, and trademark litigation in federal courts around the country.
Frances served as a law clerk for Associate Justice Natalie E. Hudson of the Minnesota Supreme Court prior to joining King & Spalding. She received her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she was a Note & Comment Editor for the Minnesota Law Review.
