Florence Mugerwa is an Associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. Based in the London office, Florence advises UK-based and multinational companies on global energy and infrastructure projects as well as working on international private and public M&A transactions.

Florence Mugerwa is an Associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments group the London office. Florence specialises on advising global energy and infrastructure clients, governmental authorities, multilateral and development banks in the development, financing and acquisition of large-scale infrastructure, power, hydrogen and other resources projects. Florence also specialises in public and private M&A transactions, as well as other cross-border corporate advice. Florence has a special interest in infrastructure projects, energy, financial services and technology sectors.

Florence trained with the firm’s London office, qualifying in 2020. She also undertook a 6-month secondment in the firm’s Dubai office working on a wide range of corporate and finance transactions, including, capital raising, corporate and project financings, Shari’ah compliant financings. Florence has a particular interest in Africa and MENA work, having been raised in several countries across Africa and Europe.
