People

Erin is an Associate in the Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes team. She focuses her practice on representing business entities in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, including data privacy incidents, post-deal complications, and antitrust questions.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Erin served as an extern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee, where she focused on criminal research and drafting vital court documents, such as sentencing memoranda and dispositive motions. Additionally, she served as a research assistant on a project focusing on breaches of fiduciary duties, specifically those alleged in the Delaware Chancery Court and Delaware Supreme Court.

Erin received her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. While there, she served as Executive Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. Erin received Scholastic Excellence Awards in Torts, Constitutional Law, Antitrust for Big Tech, and Legal Writing; she was also awarded the Lightfoot, Franklin & White Best Brief. Erin earned her B.A. in political science from the University of Notre Dame, with minors in Business Economics and Constitutional Studies.
