Elizabeth Schnur focuses primarily on complex discovery issues, with clients in the automotive, health care, data privacy, and oil and gas industries. Her practice deals with client undergoing governmental investigations, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the Environmental Protection Agency, as well as congressional subpoenas, the Department of Justice, and various State Attorneys General. 

Elizabeth has extensive experience in managing review teams and workflows in order to streamline the costs associated with discovery. She has experience utilizing technology assisted review products while balancing the need for attorney review throughout the review process. Elizabeth works closely with counsel and the vendor to ensure consistency and quality in the document review process and work product by developing customized workflows, document organization, and quality checks.
