Associate
Elisabeth Fapuro is an associate in the Real Estate & Funds practice group of King & Spalding, based in the Dubai office.
Elisabeth advises on the structuring, establishment, management, cross-border marketing and restructuring of investment funds, including real estate funds, credit funds, private equity funds, and Shariah-compliant structures. Elisabeth has experience advising funds domiciled in a range of onshore and offshore jurisdictions (including DIFC, ADGM and Cayman domiciled funds) for UK, U.S., Middle Eastern and European asset managers, including Ireland, where Elisabeth spent time advising on Irish UCITS and non-UCITS investment funds. Elisabeth also has experience advising on GP-led secondary transactions.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Elisabeth worked in the London office of another international U.S. law firm and has also worked in the legal teams of two international insurance companies and one of the top global fund administrators.
