Dominic's practice focuses on high-stakes civil litigation. He has experience representing industry-leading corporations at trial in state and federal jurisdictions across the county. Dominic has represented clients in complex commercial, environmental, and product liability matters.
Dominic Conoshenti is an associate in the Trials and Global Disputes Practice Group in the New York office of King & Spalding. He has experience serving as a member of trial teams where he has meticulously prepared trial examinations of critical expert and fact witnesses as well as opening statement and closing arguments. Notably, Dominic helped secure a complete defense verdict in a six-week multi-plaintiff environmental exposure case.
Dominic has experience preparing for trial in state and federal jurisdictions across the county. He has assisted with all phases of litigation including developing initial trial strategy, taking and defending depositions, dispositive motion practice, and settlement.

Isaacks v. Terumo (Colo. Dist. Ct.): Dominic served as part of the trial team that obtained a complete defense verdict for international medical device manufacturer in the first multi-plaintiff ethylene oxide case emissions case tried in the country to date.
MDR Hotels v. The Dow Chem. Co. (C.D. Cal.): Dominic served as part of the trial team representing The Dow Chemical Company in a federal bench trial defending against $45 million claims stemming from complications the plaintiff encountered constructing a hotel on top of a 90-year-old abandoned oil well.
