David Phillips is a senior associate in the Private Credit & Special Situations Group of King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice, located in our London office.
David specialises in leveraged finance transactions and represents lenders, financial institutions and borrowers (corporate and sponsors) on a range of finance matters, including acquisition finance, general corporate lending and restructurings.
