David Hart is counsel in the Corporate, Finance and Investments practice resident in the New York office. David focuses on representing various lenders in single-lender and multi-lender commercial real estate transactions, including construction and development projects, both locally and nationally.

Prior to law school David practiced in public accounting with a "Big Four" accounting firm as a certified public accountant.
