Damon Kim advises on construction and infrastructure projects. He is an associate in the Corporate, Finance and Investments Group in the Abu Dhabi office and his experience includes advising procurers, owners, sponsors and developers on large-scale projects across the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors in the Middle East and globally. Damon has worked in the UAE since 2019.
Damon also has experience advising and representing clients in complex cross-border disputes across the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors in the Middle East and, prior to his legal career, worked as a construction disputes analyst at a leading specialist professional consultancy. Damon draws on these experiences to provide strategic dispute avoidance and risk mitigation solutions in transactional matters.
