Corey Purnell is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and is a member of the firm's Corporate, Finance and Investment Practice Group. Corey represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters.
