Chris is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation disputes. As counsel in our Trial & Global Disputes practice, he has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of disputes in state and federal trial courts, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and appeals.
Chris has experience representing clients in various industries, including energy, financial services, construction, telecommunications, real estate, healthcare, and professional services. His cases have included disputes concerning business torts, contracts, fraud, trade secrets, class actions, insurance, defamation, deceptive trade practices, and toxic torts.

Represented a real estate investment trust in an action seeking to recover a $55 million dollar judgment under theories of alter ego and fraudulent transfer resulting in dismissal of the claims with prejudice at the pleadings stage.
Represented a gas operator in an international arbitration dispute over the ownership of an oil and gas project in Papua New Guinea resulting in a fully-favorable arbitration award.
