Christopher Jew is a member of the firm's Healthcare practice group. Christopher specializes in commercial managed care, complex business litigation, and arbitration on behalf of physicians, hospitals, and other providers. Christopher advises client on various health law issues, including payor contract disputes and negotiations and the No Surprises Act. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Christopher served as a prosecutor in the United States Marine Corps.
Christopher regularly represents healthcare providers in arbitrations and state and federal litigation in various types of commercial litigation, including contract disputes and commercial torts. He has extensive trial, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution experience, including as the lead prosecutor for felonies.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Christopher was a judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps where he was a prosecutor, advised deploying units on law of war matters, and conducted internal investigations. Thereafter, Christopher represented clients in complex business litigation matters before specializing in managed care litigation.
Christopher received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, magna cum laude. He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
