Christine M. Carletta is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of King & Spalding. As a member of the firm’s Appellate, Constitutional, and Administrative Law practice group, Christine develops creative litigation strategies to best serve her clients’ objectives through all phases of litigation and appeal. Christine’s extensive experience covers a broad range of subjects including Medicare and Medicaid regulation, Food and Drug Administration regulation, the False Claims Act, fraud and abuse matters, state and federal privacy laws, securities regulations, contract disputes, consumer protection claims, and class actions. 

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Christine served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chad A Readler, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable James C. Mahan, United States District Court for the District of Nevada. She received her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law.
