Christina Kung is an associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations practice.  She focuses her practice on government investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and related civil litigation.  Christina has experience defending individuals and corporations in matters related to various topics, including the False Claims Act, Foreign Agents Registration Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, whistleblower litigation, and fraud investigations.  

Christina graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of The George Washington Law Review.  She earned her B.A. in International Development Studies and Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
