Chloe Cobb Smith is an associate with King & Spalding’s Special Matters and Investigation practice. Her practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, internal and government investigations, corporate compliance and governance, and complex civil litigation. Chloe has experience representing companies in investigations by various government entities, including Congress, DOJ, and State Attorneys General. 

Chloe previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Steven D. Grimberg of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Chloe received her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. During law school, she interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia and served as a Managing Editor for the Emory Law Journal. Chloe earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard University in History of Science.
