Caroline Abney is a Director of Lawyer Talent Development, focusing on inclusion and retention. These efforts include associate retreats and academies, mid-level associate leadership coaching programs, partner leadership development programs, and firmwide seminars on topics like allyship. She actively partners with firm leadership and key stakeholders to ensure our programs and resources enable all of our lawyers’ access to opportunities to grow and thrive in our inclusive culture.
