Caitlyn Ozier regularly counsels pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies on a variety of regulatory, compliance, and enforcement issues. She has specific expertise counseling life sciences companies on state drug price transparency laws, as well as state aggregate spend, gift ban, sales representative licensing/registration, and compliance program laws. In addition, Caitlyn provides counsel to the Ad Hoc State Law Compliance Group (a coalition of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device manufacturers) on a variety of laws and regulations, including the federal Physician Payment Sunshine provisions and state transparency and disclosure laws.
Caitlyn also regularly advises clients on a number of state and federal licensing matters, including on issues related to the federal Drug Supply Chain Security Act and state manufacturer/wholesaler licensing.
Ms. Ozier graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law, where she received a Health Law Certificate. While at Saint Louis University, Ms. Ozier served as an editor on the Public Law Review. Ms. Ozier graduated with her B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
