Brittany is an associate in the Chicago office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group. Her practice focuses on defending Fortune 100 and other large companies in consumer products, medical device, pharmaceutical, and other complex tort litigation.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Brittany defended the Chicago Transit Authority in high-stakes litigation, where she secured several defense jury verdicts in Cook County, Illinois. She also successfully prepared and argued numerous dispositive motions on behalf of the CTA. She previously worked at a boutique litigation firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. 

In 2019, Brittany worked on the trial team that secured a defense verdict for Johnson & Johnson in a case where the plaintiff alleged the company's talcum powder caused the plaintiff's mesothelioma.  (Crudge v. Amcord, Inc., et al., JCCP 4674 / BC685901 - October 2019)

She graduated from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi with a B.B.A. and Master's in Accounting. While at Millsaps, she founded the Mock Trial Program and served as Student Body President. She attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she competed on the Moot Court and Mock Trial teams, served as Chair of the Board of Advocates, and was awarded "Most Promising Trial Attorney" at graduation.
