Brian focuses on unfair import investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission. He has represented Complainants and Respondents in all phases of Section 337 disputes, from conception through enforcement proceedings and before U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Brian Hill is a senior associate on King & Spalding’s International Trade Team. He has experience in a wide variety of trade disputes, including allegations involving patent and trademark infringement, unfair competition under the Lanham Act, gray market and counterfeit goods, dumping, and antitrust-based allegations. Brian also litigates related matters in U.S. district courts.
Before joining the firm, Brian was an examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also worked as an attorney with the ITC.
