Brent Webber is an associate in the New York office of King & Spalding.
Brent advises private equity clients (together with their portfolio companies) and strategic buyers and sellers in a range of industries on complex and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, other strategic corporate transactions, and general corporate matters.
Brent’s experience includes novel transactions in the renewables, infrastructure, technology, entertainment, gaming and hospitality, real estate, and manufacturing industries. Brent also has worked extensively in the venture space, working directly with founders, executive teams, and VC firms on a myriad of matters.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Brent was an associate at another leading law firm in its New York and Los Angeles offices. Prior to attending law school, Brent worked at a leading management consulting firm providing strategic and organization guidance on market approach and talent analytics.
Brent is admitted to practice in both New York and California.
