Ben Jacobs is a member of the Finance & Restructuring team in the London office. He specialises in Fund Finance and advises both lenders and borrowers on a variety of products, including NAV and hybrid facilities, subscription line facilities and GP support lines across a broad range of sectors and asset classes.
