Benjamin Brown-Harkins is a litigation associate in King & Spalding's Atlanta office. His practice focuses on assisting clients with complex, high-stakes mass tort and nationwide product liability litigations. He has experience in large-scale, multi-district, multi-forum litigation, class actions, and related regulatory actions.

Benjamin received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. There, he served as Executive Editor on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and acted as a Certified Legal Intern in Penn Law's Appellate Advocacy Clinic and Civil Practice Clinic, representing clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Pennsylvania's trial and appellate courts.

In addition to his experience with King & Spalding, Benjamin clerked for Chief Judge Timothy C. Batten in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, where he assisted the judge with all aspects of case management. Benjamin also interned for Senior Judge Richard W. Story in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Benjamin has a pro bono practice focused on assisting indigent criminal defendants in post-conviction matters.
