Ben Aqua is an associate in King & Spalding's Finance practice resident in the Atlanta office. Ben is active in King & Spalding's leveraged finance practice.
Ben represents financial institutions, lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers with a wide range of financial transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, mezzanine financings, subordinated debt transactions, first lien/second lien arrangements, and acquisition financings.
Originally from Wellington, Florida, Ben holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Emory University and a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as the Senior Online Editor of the Georgia Law Review.
