Benedict Grima is a Corporate, Finance and Investments associate in our Dubai office. He has a broad range of legal experience in the world of investment funds, and a focus on fund formation, including open and closed ended structures, carried interest and co-investment arrangements. Benedict has worked for managers and investors, and represented and advised clients in Europe, the United States, Africa, East Asia, and Australasia on a variety of fund structures and strategies, including but not limited to private equity, venture capital, real estate and credit funds.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Benedict worked at the London office of another US firm in the asset management team. He is particularly interested in the future of the investment landscape, including how financial technologies and the ethics of investing will evolve to carve an increasingly refined form of modern capitalism.
