Hope Sheils is an associate in King & Spalding's Northern Virginia office and a member of the firm's Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. 

Hope earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown, she clerked at the Federal Reserve Office of Inspector General, the Environmental Protection Agency Office of Civil Enforcement, and worked as a student attorney in Georgetown's Appellate Litigation Clinic. Before law school, worked as a Policy Analyst on the Democratic Staff of the U.S. Congress Joint Economic Committee under Vice Chairs Carolyn B. Maloney (NY-12) and Don S. Beyer (VA-08). She holds a a B.A. in International Relations and an M.A. in Public Policy from Stanford.
