Annie Stevens is an Associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding in the Corporate, Finance and Investments group. She is a member of the Funds and Real Estate practice. Annie's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including development, joint venture negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions, and financing and refinancing.

Annie graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 2023. Prior to law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts in History from Wake Forest University, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2019.
