Andrew Whittaker is a litigator and trial attorney in King & Spalding’s product liability and toxic tort litigation teams. He specializes in toxic, mass, and class action tort matters with extensive experience defending against wrongful death, medical monitoring, and personal injury claims.
Andrew is a high energy lawyer with superior advocacy skills and a big picture strategic mindset. He has been a part of dozens of trial and case teams which have successfully navigated the dangers of high stakes litigation and won clients excellent results. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts including dozens of smoking and health actions, medical monitoring class actions, financial regulatory litigation, and banking and creditor's rights cases.
Andrew is experienced at every stage of litigation from the basics of trial work up, depositions and managing discovery to briefing and arguing all varieties of dispositive motions and trying cases to verdict. Andrew excels in the fast paced arena of trial, thinking quickly and clearly through difficult and complex issues on behalf of clients.
