Amanda is an associate in the Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group in King & Spalding’s Houston office. Amanda’s practice focuses on large, complex construction project transactions. Her practice involves drafting a variety of construction-related agreements, including engineering, procurement and construction agreements for the construction of large energy projects. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Amanda represented owners, contractors and design professionals in a wide variety of construction-related disputes, including payment disputes, lien and bond issues, delay claims and construction defect claims, in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Amanda’s former construction litigation experience offers a unique and practical perspective that helps clients anticipate and focus on issues that might arise over the course of a project.
