Almiro Clere advises developers, lenders and contractors on the procurement, delivery and financing of infrastructure and energy projects across all sectors, including oil and gas, power (thermal and renewables) and social infrastructure.

Almiro has advised developers on many high-profile infrastructure and power projects, including the Formosa 1, Formosa 2, Formosa 3, Yunlin Offshore Wind Farm Projects in Taiwan, the Singapore Port expansion, a bus network in the West Bank, and the Kai Tak National Sports Park Project in Hong Kong. Almiro’s experience also extends to advising clients on the LNG value chain, including advising a number of Japanese energy utilities on their long-term offtakes, charter party and tolling arrangements.

He has extensive experience with the full suite of construction documentation, from complex EPC turnkey arrangements through to DBO, EPCM, MCA, subcontracting structures, technical services agreements and relevant security documentation.
