Mr. Al Zahrani has experience in Saudi Arabia in the areas of corporate affairs and transactions ranging from drafting contracts, memoranda and agreements to conducting legal due diligence exercises and drafting prospectuses. He has additional experience assisting with the incorporation of companies, the conversion of limited liability companies, closed joint stock companies and liquidation of foreign companies.

Mr. Al Zahrani has experience in the corporate matters including establishing foreign and Saudi companies and legal assistance after establishing companies, converting the legal entity from a limited liability company to a joint stock company, liquidation of foreign companies, preparation of prospectuses, conducting legal due diligence reports, reviewing transaction documents and agreements, providing regular consultations on governance and corporate affairs in a joint stock company.
