The claims relating to EPC contract claims, defective design and performance, and full range of commercial issues. The amount in dispute is more than USD 700 million.
Acting for the owner of a windfarm in a dispute with a German supplier in respect of defects and other breaches of warranties including in respect of wind power generation availability and catestrophic failures.
Acting for a Spanish contractor in respect of a dispute with the owner of a waste-to-energy plant in the United Kingdom.
