Abby Boxer is counsel in the Finance and Restructuring group based in the Firm’s New York Office. Abby concentrates her practice in debt financings and other corporate finance matters. She represents investment and commercial banks, private credit funds, and private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in a wide range of complex large-cap and middle-market credit transactions, including leveraged cash flow and asset-based credit facilities, acquisition financings, syndicated transactions, club and bilateral deals, unitranche financings, recurring revenue financings, first/second lien financings, and general bank lending. Abby also has experience in restructurings, debtor-in-possession and exit financings. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Abby was counsel in the debt finance practice of another prominent international law firm.
