Newberry Global Limited on the investment by e& Enterprise Cloud (a subsidiary of e&, formerly known as Etisalat group) into its Bespin Global business and establishment of a joint venture to combine each party’s existing cloud business and professional and managed services businesses to jointly service the Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Pakistan (total commitments valued over US$100m).

Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank in relation to its project financing arrangements with the Oman Broadband Company and the Oman Investment Authority.

Brookfield in relation to Wireless Infrastructure Group’s acquisition of a portfolio of circa 1,100 wireless infrastructure assets across the UK from Cellnex UK Limited.

Alpha Dhabi in relation to its acquisition of a majority stake in NTS Amega Global, an international oilfield services company.
