Life Sciences Data Privacy Law
King & Spalding established the Life Sciences Data Privacy Law Group to provide a resource to companies on national and international laws and regulations that target life sciences manufacturers’ operations and interactions with organizations and consumers. The Group proactively monitors regulatory and enforcement developments. We stand ready to assist member companies in establishing compliant data governance practices.
Our team leverages offices in Belgium, France, Germany, the UK and across the U.S. to provide market-specific counseling to companies. Member companies are invited to offer input regarding specific regions and codes that they would like the Group to monitor.
The Group is a subscription service that offers life sciences companies comprehensive guidance on global data privacy laws and requirements in a practical and cost-effective manner. Membership in the coalition of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies provides access to a suite of international resources and services.
