Greer focuses exclusively on construction law and leads the firm's worldwide Energy and Construction transactional practices. As a licensed professional engineer, he represents owners and developers in a wide range of projects throughout the U.S. and the world, primarily in the oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, power and mining sectors, with project values generally ranging from $100 million to over $20 billion in value.
The awards program recognizes individuals “who have left an indelible mark on the legal landscape of Texas-- whether in shaping the law, achieving outsized results for their clients,” according to the publication.
